These photo and video documentaries are used for the purposes of sharing the learning experiences of our students with their families, or used within our program for teacher training purposes, or used on our website. In all cases, no names are identified to the public without parents’ consent. RECORDS & INFO: We stride to improve our teaching methods, curriculum and family support quality, therefore, our program has added a research function to help us improve by understanding more about our students. We may use existing student academic records, including performance charts, writing samples, language background information, as well as performance records on tasks to identify factors that contribute to efficient Chinese language learning. When such data analyses are conducted, all personal information are made anonymous and will only be identified by a case number. We may announce other specific studies and parents can voluntarily sign up their children for participation. HOUSE RULE POLICY: In events when the health and safety of the CCBG community face potential risks, CCBG reserves the right to set forth house rules. The rules may concern the format of the classes, regulations of on-site class qualifications and indoor space usage. LOCAL FIELD TRIPS (Applies to On-Site Students Only): In addition to our curriculum, to better the learning experience for our students, the teachers sometimes may bring students outside of our facilities to learn and use Mandarin in a real-life contexts (such as nearby bakeries, stores or parks). MATERIAL COPYRIGHTS: All of CCBG’s materials are under their applicable copyrights and are subjected to copyright laws. Our materials are strictly reserved for the private use of individuals, currently or previously enrolled in our programs, for the sole purpose of their learning. Therefore, we ask that students, families and participants of our programs in possession of any materials produced by CCBG to not, and shall not reproduce, photocopy, or photograph such materials with the intention of distribution.

— 2025-2026 SCHOOL YEAR In-Person Class — TUITION RATES: $2,275 per child per school year Enrollment is only complete when a minimum deposit of $750 per child is received. Installment plan is acceptable. The deposit is non-refundable but is credited towards the total fees due. For those of you who can, we encourage you to pay in full to help reduce our paperwork load. Total tuition is due by September 15th, 2025 (except for installment plans). If a cancellation notice is received before September 15th, 2024, the paid tuition (deducting deposit) will be refunded. No refunds or credits will be issued after this date.(Very special circumstances will receive special consideration.) PART 6 — CCBG ONLINE PROGRAM POLICIES *

<<< SMALL-GROUP ONLINE CLASS POLICY >>> Up to 20% of the classes (6 classes) in the entire school year can be rescheduled by a student joining another group class of the same week. <<< 1-ON-1 ONLINE CLASS POLICY >>> Due to the 1-on-1 nature of the classes, it is vital that students abide by the following terms: 1. Up to 20% of the classes (6 classes) in the entire school year can be rescheduled with a 24-hour notice. 2. A class is counted as a taught class if the rescheduling request is received within 24 hours before the class time. 3. A class is counted as a taught class if a student doesn't show up to the class. 4. Time late to the class is counted as class time. Exceptions will be made to accommodate special circumstances, such as sickness, family emergency and internet connectivity problems. In the past year, our online programs were only able to run smoothly because the overwhelming majority of you strictly adhered to your child's assigned schedule.
