Everything you want to know about learning Chinese beyond middle school - a lecture by Dr. Celilia Chang
Our oldest students are moving from middle school to high school. What are their paths next?
AP Chinese class? Chinese SAT? How can we benefit from our children's Chinese skills while doing the college applications? How does Chinese language learning look like in college? What are some career paths after college for someone with Chinese skills?
Dr. Chang will be the perfect person to address our questions.
Dr. Chang is a professor of Chinese Language at Williams College. She was the former Co-Chair of the National AP Chinese Committee and the current Chief Reader of the AP Chinese exams. She has been an instructor of the Middlebury Summer Chinese Institute and will its director in the Summer of 2018. Many of her past students graduated and are now in various professions that use their Chinese language skills.
